Home of the 2021 Tri-City Basketball Officials Camp at Central Michigan University
June 25 - 28, 2021



We have room for 85 officials, 61 of those spots have been claimed by officials who paid to be a part of the 2020 camp and rolled their camp fee over to 2021 after the camp was cancelled due to Covid-19. At the present time, we have 24 spots available.


We have 6 spots left in the Elite Level for 2021!

My name is Brian Morley, Director of the Tri-City Basketball Officials Camp at Central Michigan University.


After a frustrating 2020 basketball season with Covid-19, we look forward to a great 2021 which will include our camp at CMU. There may be additional protocols in place for camp but along with CMU and myself, we will do everything possible to make a great and safe camp experience.


I will work tirelessly to make your camp experience the best possible! I have put together a top level staff of some of the finest officials in the state dedicated to making you a better official. Our goal is to give you expert level instruction in a friendly way. Our instructors have a ton of experience, passion, and energy to teach! We are here to encourage you and provide an energy that will hopefully have you leave a better official than when you arrived. Our goal is to help others get better and achieve their goals.


This camp will provide you access to assigners from all over the state and give them a chance to see you work, potentially leading to assignments in the fall and into the winter.


My mission is to provide the best learning atmosphere possible so you have an informative yet fun weekend. I want you leaving this camp not only a better official, but a more enthusiastic one as well.


Many of the instructors including myself, are also proud graduates of this camp! We are committed to giving you the same experience we received when we were students. We are excited to continue the rich tradition as we look to teach the next generation of officials.

We teach high school officiating beginners in 2-person, advance 2-person, new to 3-person, advance 3-person and Elite level 3-person.

Our camp runs in conjunction with CMU's High School Sub-Varsity and Varsity Basketball Team Camp directed by Central Michigan University men's head basketball coach.


CMU brought in 80 teams last year and they had many levels of competition, which is great for the Tri-City Officials Camp because we will have four levels of instruction and we can assign you games of your particular level.
